The brief
Hearth & Oak sells solid-wood furniture with prices in the thousands. Buyers research for weeks, so the site has to build trust, show materials up close and offer both online checkout and showroom visits.
Goals
- Shop by room, not just by product type
- Clear dimensions, materials and delivery information on every product
- Showroom design-visit bookings as a second conversion path
